Erasmus Student Network

In 2007 an Erasmus Student Network (ESN) Section was founded by students of the FH BFI Vienna, in close cooperation with the International Office.

It is part of a Europe-wide Erasmus Student Network to promote international networking and exchange among students.

Please inform yourself about the activities of ESN UAS BFI Vienna on our ESN website.

The Buddy-System at the FH BFI Vienna

A "buddy“ is there to help guest students settle quickly into the new environment and university life. The buddy is the first to call upon with questions on how to get to Vienna, public transport, student life in Vienna and at the FH, and also regarding residence formalities.

For the buddies, on the other hand, this an excellent opportunity to meet the guest students and improve their own foreign language skills, thereby enhancing "Internationalisation at Home", which is very important to us.

We thus facilitate intercultural exchange for those students who cannot do an exchange semester. International networking can be even fun, and it is not rare for buddies to become true friends, establishing international networks.

If you are interested in being a buddy, find out more details about the Buddy-System and sign up for it at the ESN website. If you have any questions
